Poisonous. Very slow-growing.
PLANTING
Sun - partial shade - shade, medium moist, rich, slightly acid - calcareous (pH 5,5-7,5), loam soil. Best in partial shade.
CARE
It tolerates pruning and shaping very well, so it is great for formal hedges and for obtaining various geometric shapes (spheres, hemispheres, split spheres, cones, etc.). Shaping is carried out from the end of April to June.
