NOTES
The color of the flowers depends largely on the acidity of the soil. On very acidic soils, the flowers are more intensely pink. Can be used as solitaire (single) or in groups.
PLANTING
Sunny - slightly shaded location with protection from constant winds, medium moist, well-drained, nutrient rich - medium rich soil.
CARE
Blooms on old wood which means that their buds form on existing stems before winter comes. Those new buds need to be protected. Cut off spent flowers and cut out any damaged/dead branches in early Spring. Prune after flowering if needed.
